About EduBoard

School software, made where the students are.

EduBoard is built in Harare by people who grew up in African schools. We know how patchy the network is, how mixed the currencies are, and how much paperwork still moves on paper.

A proud African graduate in cap and gown

We started EduBoard after watching schools we love hand-write fee receipts, photograph mark sheets to send to parents on WhatsApp, and rebuild the same Excel timetable every term. Software exists for all of these problems. None of it is built for the way schools here actually work.

So we built one. EduBoard is a single platform that runs the students' phones, the teachers' laptops, the bursar's desk and the principal's reports, in any currency, on any network. It syncs when the connection is back; it loads in under a second when it isn't.

We charge per student so a school of 80 doesn't subsidise a school of 8,000. We offer a 30-day sandbox so you don't have to trust a deck. And we ship updates every week — most of which come from suggestions written by a bursar in a feedback box.
